A clean and friendly studio. Heidi's class is one of the best I have ever taken. (I have been practicing 20 years) She kept an excellent "flow" pace, not too slow or speedy. Her cues were excellent, as were her demonstration of poses. She seemed to know everyone by name, including myself, and it was my first class at this studio. I will definitely be back.
