I don't like to ask for help. That's partly a psych thing, but it's not like I haven't tried. In just the past decade, I've had to tell representatives from three different service companies to get out of my house. I have zero tolerance for high pressure tactics, especially when I've caught a tech telling me straight up lies. So after over a week without AC, I still didn't want to reach out for help. Enter Daniel's.

Even during the holidays, Daniel’s plumbing and air conditioning sent technician Martin at no charge! , run diagnostics on my AC system. Other companies wanted $99 which will not be waived, even if you chose the repair. Martin was extremely nice , knowledgeable , and very helpful , and setup a portable AC in my room, while we are waiting for the part. Those guys really care about the customer. Thank you so much.
We had our annual HVAC maintenance visit from Victor. He was absolutely amazing with his service. He took care of everything needed for the HVAC. There was an extra effort to do things right, to listen to all my questions and answer them patiently and take care of all the minute information. The service was amazing.
