Today I arrived distraught from Intoxalock issues, with very little direction from them. Amy handled the whole situation with grace and professionalism. I'm truly thankful for her and her services- even when I felt like I was being a turd. Thank you again Amy!
Recently purchased a t-harness from Custom Sounds And Tint and I had some issues with the operation after the install. Although it was after hours, I messaged Mike and he actually replied. He helped me as much as he could, but he wasn't at "the office" so he said he would continue the following day. A couple days later, Mike had Matt help me since Matt was more knowledgeable with the issue my system was having.
Even though the issue has not been resolved at the time of my writing this review, Mike and Matt have provided OUTSTANDING customer service and support. Both have been very patient and allowed me to describe the issue as best I could. Custom... read full review
This store is the best in Austin, from the quality of work the installers in the back provide to the management up front it's a hell of an operation they got going on there. Ammie is by far one of the most knowledgeable people I've come across when it comes to car audio knowledge. If you need subs, amp radio or lots of other 12 volt work done come see her. They are a great team there.
