Crestview Veterinary Clinic offers a modern and bright office with state-of-the-art technology, exceeding high standards in veterinary clinic safety. The caring and kind staff take the welfare of pets seriously, offering quality care that enhances the lives of cats and dogs. Everyone there is so kind, helpful, and attentive, and they always greet clients and their pups with a warm welcome. Dr. Crawford was amazing and attentive, and took the time to help show how to administer medications. Pricing was very reasonable. This clinic is excellent at communication and educating pet parents about their pets' health. They were so compassionate and kind when a family had to say goodbye to one of their babies. Even when super busy, they went around the waiting room to explain what was going on. They know they can always count on them to do their best to take care of clients. This is a phenomenal vet in the area.
Absolutely LOVE the staff & atmosphere at the new Tech Ridge location! There is complimentary cold brew nitro coffee & water, clean waiting area, bathroom, & exam room, & all staff are friendly & thoughtful. Dr. Squires is knowledgeable, friendly, & an excellent active listener who determined reasonable solutions tailored to the concerns/issues that our fur baby was having. I am a seasoned pet owner that has experienced many different veterinarians over many years & this is by far one of the best experiences. We have decided to take all the fur babies here from now on. Thank you for such a wonderful encounter during a not so wonderful circumstance. 🙏❤️ P.S. everyone shows genuine care for animals & it’s a vibe that is palpable 🫶
Just had my first visit with this clinic and it was the BEST veterinary experience I’ve ever had! The staff and the doctor were so friendly and caring. We will be coming here from now on! 5/5 stars would definitely recommend!
I found my first bump on my 7 year old golden retriever and it F R E A K E D me out. I frantically got him into his vet (who we've been with for 6 years), but after they handled the situation really awfully, I was on a mission to find the very best standard of care possible for my guy. EVERYONE (and I mean everyone) in my neighborhood recommended Crestview, and I'm so glad I contacted them. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel like royalty, and by the end of the visit, I had absolutely no doubt that Moose had found his new forever vet. Dr. Butcher was professional, personable, informative, provided excellent care, and most importantly, she calmed all of my nerves by outlining out an extensive treatment plan for when (and if) the mass turned out to be cancerous. Fast forward a few weeks later, it was just a lipoma, but I'll never see another vet again! Thanks Crestview for setting the bar so high. PS - If your vet is no longer allowing in-person appointments, Crestview DOES and this was one of the main reasons why I switched. No more drop-offs where Moose has to sit in a kennel all day and I pick him up with his tail between his legs (hallelujah!)
