Eric Davis, Head Personal Trainer and owner of Conquer the Bar in South Austin, Texas, is a highly qualified fitness professional with a proven track record of transformations and weight loss. Eric has a B.S. in Kinesiology, is NCSF & NCCPT Certified, Kettlebell Concepts Certified, TRX Training Certified, Dynamax Coach Certified, and was a NPC Physique Competitor adn college athlete. We utilize circuit training, (HIIT) resistance training and functional training, along with nutritional guidance or nutritional plans if desired. This is to help our clients achieve their goals of strength, agility, flexibility, mobility, muscle-gain and/or fat loss. We believe that it is important to make yourself a priority even when it might seem impossible.
