I was at this place mainly bcz of Ms . Straus( FNP-C) though I have the ability to meet up with any provider at any facility . She is an amazing person with an awesome Knowledge and kindness . I have known her since 2019. After she moved from William cannon location I was very devastated but at least now I get the chance to meet up with her for other care at this location as well as to direct my daughter to her.
God bless her .
Staff was also ok to me .

Wow, I couldn't believe how awful this place was until I called. The receptionists are rude and just plain unprofessional. I tried to make an appointment and had a referral I could email. The receptionist said the only way to receive this referral is via fax. What year is this, again? So, I try to come up with solutions (me, the client!), but all this lady does is give me resistance. Clearly, this place doesn't want people to come here, and I feel bad that I couldn't meet the awesome Dr. Cynthia Coyne because of her unhelpful staff.And, Community Care? Don't bother copy pasting the same response you've given to some of these reviews. It's not worth it.

I absolutely Adore Dr.Coyne and couldn’t speak more highly of her, but the staff and helpfulness of anything is horrible. The staff is rude, impatient and unhelpful. I don’t get to pick my appointments and if I need to cancel o don’t get in until 2weeks to a month later. I recommend the OB just not the establishment. ?
