I've had my taxes done here about over 10 years,I was going to place my direct deposit but was told checks were faster through their bank. So guess we're my stimulus went? Yup!! To Colbert's bank Meta,so online there is no information on me on its.gov! I'm never going back. I'm being told because of this I will not get anything until mid summer. I already losty home. With my kids home it's very difficult with no income coming in! I had to email to see what was going on then was given information once aI had researched myself about the third party checks...

I had to email to see what was going on then was given information once aI had researched myself about the third party checks...I'm so upset and disappointed every year gets worse andI get them done by the manager seems he's list his touch on communication about tyc third party information that I had to ask about! I'm livid, how are we supposed to survive, with the pandemic going on this is the worst. Can't pay bills without being able to work and no kind of money,I'm at food pantries and doing the best I can but failure falls with my kids asa single mother it hurts I've lost 39 lbs been in and out tye hospital panicking to and now this on top that was supposed to secure some kind of money but noooo! I've been so sick with all the running around with schools and about to lose my car! Never Do 3rd party checks,even if they state it's"faster" they just want the bank fee from my return and I won't be returning I've found people do there own for reasons like this! Lack of trust these days
