Visiting Austin for a conference and needed a coin operated laundromat. The attendant at the facility was very friendly and helpful. Getting all of my laundry done was quick and easy. Very clean and well kept facility.

Loved this for an emergency laundromat since we had flooding and needed to wash all the clothes in our closet because of it.We loved the nfc card system.The attendant Roy (or Ray can't remember) was very kind and saw us unloading and held the door open for us. The next attendant that day was not nice.I am docking a star however for one employees outspoken political views that made us feel unwelcome. It's 2023, you live in Austin which is a diverse city. If you can't be welcoming to people from all areas and backgrounds you should move somewhere that is or work in a field that is not customer facing.

Greeted by Staff, immediately upon entry! He oriented me to the layout & payout procedure, (which could be simplified, Card fee 3$, refundable, & reloadable, )I recommend to owner, that fee be included in charge to purchase price, for ease of understanding ?A couple machines might be out of order., but 20 should be available.(small wash 2.75$ cold/normal)(Dryers on the wall .60cents (or a review) whichever comes 1st ?Location is nicely by a local gyms, church & car washEnJoy ,& Keep it Clean!™
