I needed help on an account and Alberto Sandoval was patient and so kind in assisting me to accomplish what was needed. I had not gotten a tax form and I should be able to get one soon. I really appreciate his passion for taking care of me and my family.

Went in to the Domain branch last week and the downtown branch today and was helped by Mark Perkins both times. Especially today I want to thank Mark for his time and patience. In the end the problem was solved another way and I did not end up needing to waste Mark's time, but he was very helpful, understanding, professional, and patient today as well as last week. Thanks Mark!
