Faye has designed two homes for us. Her professionalism and efficiency have been evident throughout the design process.Faye has a terrific eye for detail. Her advice was vital in informing my family and me about city ordinances, such as the McMansion Tent Ordinance, which we were unaware of when we purchased the property. Letting us know about this ordinance was crucial, and our lot has many trees.She did a fantastic job working under tight constraints, and we got her to work on redesigning our home.Faye is an excellent architect. She is always available for questions and is reliable. We are happy with her work, and she comes highly recommended by us.

Faye at CF7 Design, is a dream come true in the highly complex process of renovating our 1960 house, plus adding a new addition onto it. We worked with another architectural company before her, and they relied heavily on me to solve the design riddles of our house and its beautiful but oddly angled view of the lake and odd floorplan. They stopped working entirely when the pandemic hit, and I was forced to find someone new to work with. One builder told me to tear it down and start new. A few tried to work with the layout, but simply lacked vision.
