Take your dirty clothes to Estrada’s on 7th… I was charged $60 for 2 simple laundry items which would have both fit in a single commercial sized load. Their combined replacement cost is probably closer to $50. When I expressed my shock and dismay at this blatant act of price gouging, the attendant’s only response was that I was welcome to leave them. I live walking distance from this location but will never set foot inside it or any other Cathy’s again. I can see why they all have such terrible reviews!

Awful experience. Avoid at all costs. Arrived today at 8:50, website and door of business say it opens at 7am and a woman came to the door looked at me standing out in the cold and stared at me. Didn’t even open the door to say they were closed. Never returning.

Brought my custom 2k suit to get dry cleaned and the button was ripped off. When I addressed it with her she told me it was my problem. Then did an awful job repairing it. Never bring your clothing here
