The people here are wonderful. They take time to explain everything that is being done and tips to help you keep your teeth clean. They really do care. They never rush. The want to make sure your teeth are clean when you leave.
I love Dr. Samosa. I had an appt. I thought a new crown was loose (I have a wild dog that pulled me into a ravine and I hit pretty hard). Dr. Samosa was busy but made time.My crown was not loose. It had broken horizontal under the gum line making it a little bit of complicated pull ?. Some dentist never see such a break in their careers it’s such an oddity.again, he made time.. he got my top part of molar off and out and 3-4 root tips extracted swiftly and in whole pieces. Very impressive!I have gone to this office for years now. I have always had a great experience.It might be hard to snag a cleaning but all of AUstin that can be tricky.. overall it’s worth it for... read full review
Dr Somoza and the x-ray/assistant were super nice and walked me through everything in my exam. The front desk lady was super pleasant and knew what she was doing. Much better than other places that take HMO. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. I went to another place before Castle slaughter that tried to rip me off and the front desk treatment was awful. So happy to have found this place.
