The service was great. Receptionist was amazing. Great disposition. Beautiful teeth. Pleasant and a beautiful smile. The Doctor was nice and made sure he walked me through the whole experience. Updated me every step of the way. Very nice guy.
The people are very nice. However, the office was closed for a spell and reopened last week, including with some temporary staff.Issues getting the x-ray equipment to work required me to reschedule after driving 40 mins to get there and then waiting for quite a bit. On my follow-up visit the equipment issues persisted and it took a lot of time to get *some of the x-rays done (not all).Service prior to their reopening was always good, so I'm sure they'll work through all of the bumps soon.
Very nice. Very patient. Very professional. I thought my appointment was at 11 but it was at 10. And they were still able to accommodate me. Sure going to the dentist sucks. Not gonna lie, but they were very helpful very knowledgeable and kind of put me at ease. I will continue to use this location and continue to see these people because they are honest and through no fault of their own which I hope people understand nothing is the same as it was two years ago.
