Extremely upset. Product quality and inexperienced techs I also feel very taken advantage of as a single income female. They take people's hard earned money. They don't care about the customer, just their bottom line. I have been a service member with Strand for years. I am more than frustrated with lack of quality and labor warranty for premature major parts failure. I have a Lennox 21 SEER two stage air condioner that was installed 4 years ago. Was sold a unit for which I was told is a top of line unit that will last me 20 to 30 years, yet I already have leaking coils. Parts are covered but not labor. It was an issue of poor communication with no bad intent. After reading my review the tech contactede to try and resolve my complaint. The manager also contacted me to try to resolve it. They were both very nice. I explained I think there should be better training on presenting the information so this doesn't happen again. In the end I decided to keep the lease and I appreciate them trying to fix the problem.

Strand Brother's technicians, Benjamin and Aaron just completed our semi-annual HVAC checkup to get us ready for the Texas Summer. These two guys were great ... on time ... courteous ... offered professional suggestions and had our systems humming efficiently.
