Jon did an amazing job with my AC repair. I was able to get a same day appointment in August. He even did some extra troubleshooting to help prevent future AC issues after the repair was completed. This company goes above and beyond to be helpful!

John Britton was able to fit me in same day during an emergency AC situation. He quickly troubleshot the issue and replaced the bad part in speedy time. The repair was a reasonable price. Great first experience with this company! Will call again if ever in trouble.

I would recommend Britton Service Group to everyone and anyone. On the day of service, we received a text that our technician was on their way, and we could track their location via the link they sent. I appreciated that. When our tech Jon arrived, he entered our home with a hello and a smile. He listened to my husband’s concerns, looked at everything, diagnosed the problem and fixed our ac. He didn’t try to take his sweet time, up sell us on anything and nor did he try to overcharge us. We appreciated Jon’s professionalism and obviously great work ethic.
