Good products, ok prices, but really poor customer service. Not knowledgeable and slow to bring product from the warehouse. Not to mention they don’t allow returns or refunds for non-contractors which is not mentioned anywhere except the receipt after purchase.

Simply the best products and service that you could hope for. Great for interior designers and contractors alike. Best of all, they carry both Bostik (best in industry adhesives, grouts, and thin-sets) and Schluter (amazing waterproofing and profiles for bathrooms etc.). Big shout-out to Nick for his awesome understanding of his products and guidance on my project!
