If you're game for private or semi-private training, no matter your current fitness or experience level, you need to try Body Springs. I'd never done any Pilates before, but Vicki helped me truly fall in love with it. After a few months of working with her privately, supplemented by group classes, my entire body is feeling (& looking) SO much better that I don't think I could ever *stop* doing Pilates, even if I move away from Austin. I've been physically active most of my adult life and have kept myself in good shape. Yet, as I've gotten older I've started having back issues. Someone recommended Pilates as a way to strengthen my core and suggested finding someone teaching the Classical Pilates Method. I found Vicki and I am so grateful I did. I've been taking private lessons for 2 years with her and, not only has Pilates helped with my back pain, Pilates has strengthened my abilities in all of my physical practices (running, yoga, skiing, hiking). I cannot recommend Body Springs Studio enough.
