Incredibly unprofessional and rude management. I have hung in there at this location for several years due to convenience and the fact that I had finally found a quality lash stylist. It is the holidays and a rainy day. Plus an extremely difficult time of year for me due to the death of my brother 2 days before Christmas. At a time of year when people should be kind to one another -this office manager was so incredibly pompous, condescending arrogant-rude. Not only did she not apologize for her incredibly rude and pedantic behavior-she double and triple down on it. Keri is the very best lash artist ever!!! I love my big sexy lashes! I cannot not live without them! I have very straight lashes naturally, so they make all the difference. I get compliments all the time on how great they look! Keri makes it easy to book online whenever it is convenient for you. The salon is very upscale and squeaky clean. Keri is very knowledgeable, and I would not recommend going to get eyelash extensions anywhere else in Austin!!
