Mr. Cisneros came to our home and was able to fix an issue with our AC unit regarding airflow and maintenance. The prices are fair and the work is trustworthy. I would recommend him for anyone looking for someone who is in the market for a trustworthy Air-conditioning/heater Unit services. In short he provided high-quality work at a reasonable price with a great deal of knowledge.
Martin was fast, reasonably priced and did an amazing job. He was able to help me out in a tough situation with below freezing temperatures outside he managed to do a same day service call despite me calling late in the afternoon. He worked during the evening and got my heater on the same day and I was extremely grateful! Great company 10/10!
Let me start by saying our a/c has been out since May 5th.. and MARTINE FROM BIG AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING HOOKED US UP HIS FIRST TRY! Call, him. look around if you want to lol but call this dude.There were 2 other companies that came out and it still wasn't working and despite one of their 4.5 start reviews one of the other companies was more like a 1. I wasn't given an update on what repair was done at all. Just a "Well if it works who cares" .. Me.
