They had high tech equipment to identify what was wet. They identified wet drywall and cut it out, pulled up wet baseboards and flooring. They put up plastic like wall to prevent debris from getting on furniture and bedding. Excellent mold remediation company! If I could give Erika & her crew 6 stars, I would. She’s easy to work with and communicates well. They did a fantastic job of packing up & moving out 2 downstairs rooms full of furniture & stuff, and the upstairs master bathroom & vanity area, also full of stuff, and all in 3 1/2 days. She identified water & mold damage on some of the furniture, and took photos of damaged items for use with insurance.
Best Option Restoration did a great job identifying how bad my wet floor drywall and baseboards were. My toilet flooded master bathroom and master bedroom and walkin closet. They had high tech equipment to identify what was wet. I had already wiped mess up not knowing about this type of company. If it happens again I’ll call them first. The guys identified wet drywall and cut it out, pulled up wet baseboards and flooring. Jake and Taylor were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They put up plastic like wall to prevent debris from getting on furniture and bedding. I would recommend Best Option Restoration for all your emergency disasters in your home.
