    I have been training with Peter for about eight months and could not recommend him enough. He is incredibly thorough, knowledgable, and approaches fitness, wellness, and health from a refreshing, wholistic perspective. Breathing, diet, and your mental wellbeing are treated with equal importance to developing physical strength and mobility. Unlike many other trainers, he thinks deeply about how to improve your training outside of your sessions and it really shows. Working with Peter has completely transformed my approach to my own health. I highly recommend working with Peter if you want to improve your health and quality of life in general.

He took lots of time to understand our personal goals and worked to come up with very individualized plans for each of us. He also helps us focus on core strength, breathing, posture and stress management.
