I have three kids in high school now who have all been going to Bee Caves Pediatrics (Dr Grier) since they were born. They've always gotten us in quickly when they are sick, and have helped with insurance, school notes, physicals and referrals for specialist care when required. Professional, caring and everything you'd want from a pediatrics office. Highly recommend.
Our visit was overall a decent one at this location. While the check-in process was smooth, Dr. Grier was initially very condescending & dismissive about her alternative birth & visit history despite our daughter’s excellent health. The appointment generally improved towards the end, aside from us needing to remind the staff about a vision test they told us we NEEDED. The final kicker for the trip was that we were sent miscellaneous bills for services that we’d already paid for nearly a week after the visit. Our family is definitely disappointed after having high expectations based on other reviews, maybe there is still room for our overall experience to change... read full review
Quality of care and knowledge is good ! They give enough time and lend an ear during sick appointments. Happy with this group ! Tip: Same day sick appointments may be hard to come by, so call to schedule as soon as you can.
