In the last month I've seen Dr. Fernandez twice regarding low back pain. The front office staff was efficient and helpful working through insurance, relaying messages & setting my appointments. Dr. Fernandez and Lupita, his assistant, were both professional and friendly. I didn't feel rushed during either of my appointments.
I first went to ASM with a shoulder problem from a mountain bike wreck and they fixed me up. I have been back on the bike for 2 years. I visited this time with hip issues but was delighted to find out it was some inflammation and mild arthritis. Front office is great and communicate well. The nurses are great and the doctor got to the bottom of my problem and got me back to my active life. So grateful.
Even though it had been a long time since I last saw Dr. Meghpara, he treated my issue as a reoccurrence of an existing problem and offered me an immediate solution. I was pleased, satisfied and relieved with my care. Thank you!
