I called ARC yesterday, 05/16/2024 for assistance with my medical paperwork and Paula, the guru operator made of pure sunshine and sparkle, went above and beyond in my time of need. You are very lucky to have an amazing employee such as her. Thank you!
Dr Dominique Issac is unhelpful with general health questions and doesn’t ever seem to recall me nor my medical history although I’ve been seeing her for the past three years. Dr Alissa Brekken, on the other hand, is a fantastic person and professional although sadly (for me) a pediatrician. I hadn’t seen Dr Brekken in, again, three years yet she recognized me at work. It’s not about whether they can get the job done, but how they treat their patients.
Dr. Dominique Isaac provides excellent patient care. She listens, is patient and provides professional and knowledgeable feedback. She also, recommends follow-ups after either treatment from her office or any specialist referral(s). I moved 3 1/2 hours away and still keep her as my PCP. YES! Her care is just that good!
