These folks are so good at what they do. Chase, Jesse, Jose, and Albert went above and beyond to make sure we knew why they were doing everything they did to mitigate damage. They were very responsive to texts and let me know when to expect them each day. For 9 days, they checked moisture levels and communicated clearly what to expect and what was happening. I highly recommend this company.

I worked with Austin Hi-Tech from the mitigation to the restoration portion of the job for a duration of 3 months. Chase and his team initially answered the phone and came to our house following multiple water slab pipe leaks (cold and hot lines) in our kitchen and living room area. He helped us with mitigation was super nice, easy to deal with, and fully understood that me and my family were going through a lot of stress at the time. They sectioned off the area that needed to be dried out and ensure all the dehumidifiers, blowers and purifier units were placed inside this area to help control the heat in an area without any AC vents. We were connected with Austin Hi-Tech Restoration through our insurance company and we couldn't be more thrilled. During phase 1, we worked with Chase Stevenson who was amazing. He was professional, clearly communicated and managed our expectations, and treated us as if we were part of his family. He understood how stressful the situation was, but made everything go so smoothly. We knew exactly what to expect and when. I cannot emphasize enough how great they were during phase 1.
