We had a washing machine leak that got under our floors- a big mess! The crew arrived within 2 hrs and were beyond awesome to deal with. Shout out to Chase, Jose and Victor- they brought an old-school kind of professionalism that I can't say enough good things about.
Austin Hi-Tech did a great job after our attic water heater sprung a leak and flooded our garage. They were quick to respond, helpful and informative in answering questions, and got the job done well. Highly recommend. They called immediately after my insurance approved them to come out. Pierce and his team were communicative, knowledgeable, and all together just really nice and helpful humans. I was nervous about the extent of the damage, but Pierce explained each step. It’s rare these days that you meet people who genuinely want to help others, but Pierce and his team did that. I appreciate the company’s work!
