I have been trying to get my medical records transferred to my new doctor (another city) for about three months. After multiple calls and promises to transfer the records, it still has not happened. This office shows total incompetence. I'm so glad to not ever have to deal with this office again. It's a shame, because I really like Dr. Lubin a lot. It's the administrative staff that have always been a problem, going back many years. It's only worse than ever now.
Great until they stopped returning phone calls. I've spent weeks trying to get ahold of someone, leaving messages both for the physicians nurse and the appointment line. Now on week 4 and hospitalization #2, still no response.
After awakening from your procedure you will be told that your lab results should be ready in about a week. DO NOT believe them. You will be lucky to hear in two weeks. Giving that the purpose of many of these tests is to determine if you have a highly virulent form of cancer such a delay is not just unprofessional, but cruel.
