I got a high grade partial tear in my acl playing basketball and worked with Sam for over 3 months to get my strength and stability back. He is very knowledgeable, and he explains why and how each move in the program improves exactly what. I highly recommend him.

The gym and the staff are all first rate. It is a very welcoming environment. it feels like family. On top of that, the training from a fitness and a rehab standpoint couldn’t be better. For example, while training for a marathon the owner trained and ran with us. Talk about personal service! Highly recommend Austin Fitness Clinic.

Blane Smith has been my personal trainer for a little over a year, first at the Townlake YMCA and now at the Austin Fitness Clinic.In my experience, it’s the trainer and not the equipment that makes all the difference in helping you get into shape. And Blane is excellent at it!Before every session, he asks what parts of your body you would like to stretch or exercise that day.
