Artisan did an exceptional job repairing and refinish old hardwoods that had been sitting under carpet for decades in our home's bedrooms. Travis, in particular, was amazing. He took such great care to color match the wood to the rest of the house - he was a perfectionist. He was also so respectful during his time working in our house (he always covered his shoes, wore his mask, cleaned up, gave me a heads up when things would get loud, gave me great advice, etc). The floors turned out beautifully thanks to Travis and the Artisan team. We look forward to using Artisan again for our renovation. Thank you!
