I came to Dr. K through the recommendation of a friend who had visited him to find a solution for her constant migraine headaches. I too, was suffering from migraine headaches and unrelenting eczema. As I began listing all of my symptoms and previous treatments I saw his brain going to work. I appreciate his philosophy about treating beyond the symptoms and getting to the root cause. He seems to be investigating and putting the puzzle pieces together every visit. Since I've started treatment at The Applied Kinesiology Center I haven't had a single migraine headache and my eczema has improved greatly (he recommended that I follow the Paleo diet, adjusted me, added some supplements for deficiencies I had, and showed me some ways I could adjust problem areas myself). There is still a bit of work to do in figuring out the underlying issues to my eczema. I don't know that I will be able to continue past my initial ten visits (recommended) because the price per visit is so high. But I appreciate the work and beginnings to answers I have gotten from my time there. Expect to pay a pretty penny! But expect to receive an informed and thoughtful opinion instead of a rushed prescription you might get at your every day doctor's visit.
Dr K is well studied in multiple different techniques which is extremely impressive and fun to learn about during the visits. I saw dr K for a good 3 months when I was struggling with stomach/intestinal issues amongst other various aches and pains. The intestinal issues were due to travel abroad and after 3-6 months of various doctors, combinations of diets and supplements and dr k's help I seem to have said goodbye to that struggle. Dr K has helped me with an abundant amount of structural issues; weak wrist, ankle, neck and migraine issues, stomach, back (scoliosis), . . . And my boyfriend has gone many times for smaller less chronic issues which are addressed in one session and he returns a month or two later when something else comes up. Luckily I've reached this same maintenance mode as well. Would definitely recommend dr k. He is the only chiropractors I've found in the area who covers so much ground in his visit: structural, nutrition, emotion...he's got a lot of tricks up his sleeve and many different techniques to explore options.
For years I have had so many questions as to what was going on with my health. After tons of medical bills and still no beneficial results, I found Dr. K online. I immediately booked an appointment and can only say tremendous things about his work. He has helped me so much. I feel better in every possible way. He found out things about me that I would have never discovered had I continued going to my normal practitioner. He truly has a gift.
