I called first to make sure they had and could do the small pad I needed. Super helpful. When I got there Roosevelt remembered and was super quick to get it for me and offer great advice. Professional, personable, not pushy in any way. I would definitely use them again. I learned they even have tile and wood flooring!

David(The owner) was very knowledgeable and patient, very accommodating. Upon choosing my carpet and scheduling installation, which they can provide, I had to change the install date several times due to overuns from my painting contractors. Roosevelt was great and patient about the install date changes and kept me in the loop the whole time. Once ready he scheduled the install the same day as the job was ready.The install crew was very friendly And knowledgeable. Joe and his guys were patient and understanding of my questions and actually accommodated an issue where the tile contractors didn't exactly line up the tile to the door meeting to the carpet. Loved everything about working with them. The customer service is 10/10, the selection of carpet and attention to our needs was beyond what I could have asked for, and the quality of the worksmanship on the install was the best I’ve had. Overall I highly recommend these guys—I’ll certainly be using them on future projects!!!
