First time there and was helped by everyone their staff is amazing. From employees Kai, Elle, to the general manager, assistant manager. All were super helpful. Totally recommending this location for sure! Thank you everyone.
I had a great customer service experience at America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasess. All of the staff that I encountered showed a high level of professionalism from the time I walked into the door, and until I departed. You always get quality lenses and frames for a fraction of the cost as compared to other places. I also found out per my last visit to get several frames adjusted, that this particular service is offered at no cost!! Well done America's Best!!!
For several years I’ve ordered my daughter’s glasses from here (after having an exam elsewhere) - the price of glasses can’t be beat.
I’ve now used their eye exam services for myself twice, two years apart (I know… I shouldn’t have waited two years). The first time, I easily scheduled online and there was a short wait to see the doctor.
The most recent time, this week, it was once again easy to schedule online. When I arrived, I was surprised to see 5 people waiting for the one doctor, which I figured didn’t bode well, and I was correct. I arrived at 10:15 for a 10:20 appointment and didn’t see the doctor until 11:25.... read full review
