Aly is the best!!!! If you want to go to a hair salon in Austin- she should be your go to! She LISTENS to what you want, and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied!! I came out of there feeling soo beautiful! GRACIAS ALY!

I googled for a place near by that I haven't tried to get service from. This place was great. From her greeting me as I walked in instead of being stared at was a good feeling. Then the service I received was amazing! A haircut, wash and a style was what I needed to boost my confidence again. Thank you Alicia! I think I found my new spot for my needs.

I wish I could give this place a better rating because the staff were nice and I'm sure a lot of them give great cuts. Unfortunately, the man who cut my hair only spoke Spanish and that created a bit of a language barrier. I do speak a little Spanish and some of the other staff was able to translate, but it still impacted my ability to communicate with him. I showed him a reference picture before he started (see first picture attached) and specifically said not to go any shorter. But he cut it much shorter. 3 stars because the staff was nice and the cut does look very clean and sharp, but I can't rate higher because it was way, way shorter than I asked for and not what I wanted. The cut was $30. I think all the female staff spoke English and Spanish, but if you're in here to get a men's cut and you don't speak Spanish, be ware of the language barrier!
