I really enjoyed working with Derek while he was assessing the problems with my Mitsubishi mini-split. He was very pleasant, but more important, was very open about sharing his knowledge of the problem with me, esp since I have some knowledge of AC systems myself.
Highly recommended. They responded to my initial call within hours, during their busiest time of the year - mid-August. They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and got right to work as soon as the new equipment arrived. In the meantime, they recharged my system so the house would remain cool. There were complications with replacing the failed air-handling unit in my condo due to the size of the space allowed and the fact that the exact replacement had gotten a bit bigger since the original equipment was installed. Spencer knew exactly what he was doing, was very professional and explained everything to me clearly on the repairs he made! Everything is working great as we head into the long summer!
