I’ve had the most frustrating experience with AIT. My shipment arrived to Austin on Nov 20th and I still don’t have it. I’ve called AIT so many times I know their number and my tracking number by memory. Hours of my life wasted trying to get them to make a simple delivery. Just take a look at their listed delivery times. What a mess.
