Mark was the most impressive AC tech who has ever come out to service our unit. He was professional, courteous, and highly informative. Mark gave our AC system a very thorough check and provided photographs of all current system reading so we will be able to see how the system changes over time. He has clearly been in the industry a long time as he was able to share both general and specific information on our 2 units (very new and VERY old) including telling us how to identify stress in each unit before it becomes a full blown problem. On top of all that, he replaced all the AC vents filters, a first for us and a clear benefit as we are too short to reach 2 of them... read full review

We've had AC Pros since June of 2023 and they have been nothing short of excellent in all regards. Their entire team (from technicians to office/scheduling staff) is top notch and exceed expectations in the area of white glove customer service. We've had a few issues with our air conditioning/heating and they are always easy to get a hold of and very quick to come out. They are so accommodating and will make every attempt to squeeze you in same day. Lisa whom I've dealt with in scheduling/office is the absolute sweetest most competent woman. We've used AC Pros to install a water heater, attic fan, duct cleaning and now a complete HVAC sysytem. Every representative and technician has been professional and technically competent. Ethan and Preston handled the recent duct cleaning efficiently and respectful of our home.They were also very personable and enjoyable to work with. As you can probably tell, we would srongly recommend and encourage using AC Pros for any HVAC or plumbing needs.
