Mark was the most impressive AC tech who has ever come out to service our unit. He was professional, courteous, and highly informative. Mark gave our AC system a very thorough check and provided photographs of all current system reading so we will be able to see how the system changes over time. He has clearly been in the industry a long time as he was able to share both general and specific information on our 2 units (very new and VERY old) including telling us how to identify stress in each unit before it becomes a full blown problem. On top of all that, he replaced all the AC vents filters, a first for us and a clear benefit as we are too short to reach 2 of them without a ladder.
