The circulator on our hot water heater had given out. Our hot water heater is also 20 years old. Another plumber has suggested that we do the tankless water heater. Miguel came out and walk me through the pros and cons. I actually learned that for the size of our house one tankless water heater would not have been enough; we would need two plus the modifications that would need to be done to our propane lines. Thanks to Miguel, I chose not to go down the tankless route, which would have been the wrong decision. Miguel educated me more than anybody else so that I could make a responsible decision and I really really appreciate that.
We received years of pool services from another pool company which, last year was sold and consequently their service under new Management deteriorated very much. Consequently, we were looking for a new company for repairs of our pool equipment and called ABC where we were given an appointment shortly. Robert came and examined our pool set up, he has a tremendous knowledge with a great personality which makes it a wonderful combination. He repaired what needed to be repaired and changed settings that were hurting actually hurting the pump (but not detected with other company) Robert asked me to keep an eye on it and to let him know to ensure everything running fine. Outstanding Service! We've used ABC over the years for a variety of things, and have always been happy with the work. Last night we had an after hours emergency with water coming through a ceiling. Devin responded quickly, got to our house, and solved the immediate problem. Excellent problem solving and communication. He was so very helpful! We'll be working with ABC and partners on repair and restoration, but his quick arrival really averted a disaster. We couldn't be happier dealing with this wonderful, local company!
