Our water bill was $200 more than previous months. The City of Austin came out and discovered the water meter was running even with all water shut off. I texted Arnold at A Deal and they came out that same day to evaluate the situation. He determined that it was a leak near the meter on our side (not the city side). To fix the issue they had to dig down approximately 5 feet and repair the problem. A faulty sprinkler system install 25 years ago had a gasket that had gave way. Roots were growing up inside the pipes. They mentioned tree roots will find the source of water and grow towards it (and into the pipe in our case). Now the meter is no longer running and our water pressure is so much stronger (now that tree roots are not growing up inside the new pipes). I am so happy with their work. Highly recommend Arnold and his whole team at A Deal.
I can't say enough good things about Arnold and his crew at A Deal Plumbing!!! They were awesome - highly professional, friendly and highly competent. They took time to explain everything they were doing and made sure they used the highest quality parts. They replaced two outside water bib faucets and replaced the homeowner main water shutoff valve. They originally came out as part of a home warranty service, but then I found out that the work wasn't covered by the warranty. I was so impressed by Arnold that I went ahead and had the work done anyway.
