Over two years of pandemic hair growth - my hair was LONG. I had gotten so annoyed at one point that I pulled out the kitchen scissors and cut it myself. YouTube tutorials saved my sanity. It looked good when I fixed it - four or 5 times a month but the rest of the time - it was up in a ponytail. I needed help. Enter the incredible talents of Carter Lund. I came in with a few inspiration photos that were a DRASTIC change. Carter checked in with me a couple times to be sure - then he pulled my hair back and chopped it right off. He added a few highlights and put me under the hood to process. As I sat and scrolled on my phone, I listened as he interacted with a new client. He truly listened to what she was saying, asked for clarification, explained to her why her hair looked thin as it grew out (her complaint) and the best way to cut her hair to fix that. She was getting color so he finished with her and it was my turn. His shampoo/head/neck massages could be offered as a stand alone service. I could have just melted into the chair. Back to the haircut...I think some people were born with an ability to know how to fix their hair. I am NOT that person - by any stretch of the imagination. Carter showed me the products he used and explained what he was doing. What good is a great haircut if you can't make it look like it's supposed to? Thanks to Carter - I can! I love my new haircut!! It looks like I actually put in effort (rather than just being in a ponytail) and it is SO easy to fix. I highly recommend both Carter and Charlie at this salon. They are incredibly talented stylist and worth the expense.
Tamara is amazing!!! She is always on time with appointments and does such beautiful work with my hair. I love the environment of the salon, the location and I always have such a great time and experience. I will not go anywhere else.
Carter and Charlie have been doing my hair for about eight years! They are absolutely amazing! Their ability to work with color and cut to fit your face, no matter who you are is truly a gift! Carter's personality makes it an absolute joy to sit in his chair, there is never a doll moment! I could never imagine letting anybody else touch my hair!
