I can't say enough good things about 512Cleaning and Julian's team! When homeless took over one of my vacant listings, I was at a loss. I was referred to 512 cleaning by my realtor when we needed to get a condo we own ready to be put on the market. It had been a rental property for many many years and it showed. I really thought we might have to have it cleaned twice with how bad of shape it was in, but somehow their crew did it in one visit. Not only was it sparkling but upon closer inspection I saw they did not cut corners. The place really looked, and smelled, brand new.
