We interviewed 3 different commercial painters and chose 21st Century as they seemed to be the most professional and detail oriented. We could not have been happier. Our three rules for referrals are 1.Show up when they say they’ll show up, 2. Do what they say they’re going to do and 3. Say Please and thank you. 21st Century did all 3 and in addition, did an excellent job of painting the entire exterior of our house in a total of 3 days instead of the 5 that they estimated. Gary was very friendly and thorough in the estimate and wrote exactly what they would do- line item by line item so there would be no misunderstanding. They also replaced some wood that needed replacing and gave me their opinion about colors. The price was right in line with the other two. His contractors were also very friendly and explained any questions I had and Gary was always prompt to return my texts either answers. If I could give 11 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
