“I recently had ACL/Menscus repair surgury done and found this place conveniently located near my home in Aubrey. I thought I would have to travel to Denton or Frisco for physical therapy so I was excited to hear they opened this location only five minutes from my home! The staff is very professional and does a great job making me feel comfortable with my obvious limitations. My therapist is very knowledgeable and has me on a plan to fully recover that pushes me but never to unnecessary pain. I'll continue to attend through the remainder of my recovery.5 stars easy...“
“All of the therapists at Velocity are excellent at what they do! They each have their own techniques, are highly skilled, and careful when working with patients. The atmosphere is friendly and proffessional. I usually work with Kendra. She is kind, helpful, and very encouraging. It's not easy going through trials and ailments, so when your PTs are encouraging, it makes a big difference! I am thankful that many of my friends recommended Velocity in Crossroads, TX to me. I look forward to healing, with their help. I would also like to say that the assistants are very nice and well trained. Kami at the front desk is so sweet and helpful! It's a wonderful environment to get physical therapy if you are looking for a place to get help.“
“Therapy is going great. Keely is veryknowledgeable and attentive to my therapy needs. Mathew is spot on with his help and focus to my recovery needs. These guys are a really good team!“
“I suffer from chronic pain and restricted movement
as a result of severe muscle tension from Scoliosis. The 90 minute pain relief massage was intense. Kim targeted muscles that have been reactive for years, releasing them and allowing for much more range of motion in my torso than I have had in a long time. She knows what she is doing, and is committed to providing relief from pain. A relaxing spa experience is lost on those of us that suffer from injuries and pain. I am thankful to have found someone who can address the root cause and help me find a way out of this cycle of discomfort.“
“Great place for Physical Therapy! I have been struggling with a bulging disk in my back for more than a decade. I’ve been though PT, injections and medication. Before I made the difficult decision to have surgery, I decided to give PT a chance again. From the first appointment with my PT Shravani, I have been impressed with my progress. Since I began, I have strengthened my back and drastically improved my flexibility. My pain level is very low now and I believe I’ve avoided the knife. Thank you Shravani and the entire Athletico Eldorado team!“
“Josh was so great.! First person of many to really make a difference with massage, stretching and cupping, for sciatica I have been battling 4-5 months! Office Mgr awesome too!“
“I highly recommend this physical therapy company. Erika is amazing she is awesome at what she does and is very knowledgeable and helpful to get you back on your feet and in my case back to work. It saddens me that today is my last session. I will miss seeing Erika every week. But I won't forget her helping me thru my knee pain and getting me back to normal. Erika is top notch in my book and if you are in need of physical therapy I highly recommend her. Erika you are Awesome .“
“My hubby is using Active Home Health for the 2nd time now. They offer different types of medical services (Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapist, Lab work), of which we have used all now. Their corporate staff is very friendly and helpful, and the people they contract to do their services are professional, friendly and listen to you. We have not had the same experience as Gneaux W. We used them in 2017 and am to begin using them again for lab work and assist in transferring from wheelchair to hospital bed & vice versa. It is a matter of attitude, sometimes, as to whether or not something works well. Always keep in mind that caregivers can burn out, so try and be a bit forgiving if they have had a bad day. We are all here, playing out in our own personal theaters of drama, trying to make life a little better for each other. Perfection will never be achieved.“
“I was having hip pain that was bad enough to make me stop jogging and exercising. After learning that one of my hip joints was in bad shape, I decided to try stem cell therapy instead of having surgery. This is one of the best decisions I have made, because I am now pain free. The process was easy. Doctor, nurse and staff make you feel at home. I plan on using this office for any future injuries I have.“
“Sandy and her team here are excellent! They have helped me out for over 2 years now. I highly recommend checking out Stretch Lab.“
“After total knee replacement surgery I wasn't feeling great but knew I had to do Physical Therapy for at least a few months to avoid ending up with a frozen knee and bad scar tissue. On recommendation of friends went to Baylor Scott White, Little Elm near Eldorado Pkwy on 423. Was assigned Kelsey Thompson, what a win for me. Kelsey was so so so knowledgeable, patient, flexible with my daily twinges and aches, adapted my PT according to my needs, after 3 months I felt terrific, scar tissue was minor, my balance improved and started to walk confidently without cane. Location is fantastic, on ground level and can park right out front. Never kept waiting, always on time. Great equipment. Compared to hearing friends say they were just put on a bike, my experience was so sophisticated and comforting. Highly, highly recommend.“
“So far I've had a great experience here! I'm finally getting my back fixed and they have been awsome every step of the way. I highly recommend them!“
“Two weeks in for therapy. They all seem to be knowledgeable for what the body needs, always on time.“
