On 5-24-24 had appointment with Dr.Johnson Mwangi and his assistant Ashley. I'll admit I was a bit Nervous about the forthcoming procedures..but Ashley and Dr. Johnson was Great in explaining exactly what was about to happen and what to expect during each procedure!!Very courteous,prompt,Great Personalities,and most importantly..very confident,and knowledgeable in their prospective fields..I cast my vote 10/10. Dr Johnson is wonderful and very caring and thorough. we love his personality. he makes you feel very comfortable and at same time let's you know what to do to to tame care of yourselfm
The office in Lindale was very friendly, efficient, and there was clear communication from beginning to end. I was so impressed that Johnson the PA, took his time, listened and explained clearly, answering all my concerns.
I asked for a recommendation for a specialist in a completely different health area, and he looked up the info and gave me 3 different names. His assistant (maybe a nurse) called to get one of them for me! These professions went way beyond the call of duty! Very pleased!!!
