LUCIO NEVER ANSWERS TEXT OR CALLS LUCIO PROMISES DELIVERY THEN A COUPLE DAYS BEFORE CHANGES IT, HE ALSO IS SO UNORGANIZED IT TAKES HIM WEEKS AND NUMEROUS REMINDERS VIA TEXT TO SEND YOU QUOTE. HE IS JUST NOT THE PERSON YOU WANT TO TRUST IN TO DO BUSINESS WITH. VERY UNRELIABLE.

Don't do business with Alfaro's nursery.. I am a certified arborist. We have a tree company. We plant tons of trees. We bought two large mountain laurels for a client in a bunch of other trees. Both mountain laurels looked rough when we got them and died within a week of planting. All the other trees we got from him and planted on the same property lived and are doing fine. He refused to warranty or even talk about them or even come look at them. If you can't stand by the trees that you were selling you should not be selling trees.

Called 10 days agttro and asked a guy if they had a tree for sale. He said yes and gave me price. I said great I’ll call you tomorrow to arrange pickup. I called the next day and 8 more times over the next week and a half and can’t get a return call or answer on the tree he said he had. I’ve texted and left multiple messages. I wasn’t rude or demanding… disappointed… poor way to run a business IMO
