As always, I was treated with respect and everything was explained to me. Dr. Shrum did my cataract surgery in 2014, and I've been a big fan since then. Perfect eyesight as soon as I came out of anesthetic and my eyesight is still amazing. Grateful for this Dr. and the staff!
Dr Hilton is so fast and accurate when it comes to my glasses and contact prescriptionscriptions! The whole experience is like a well-oiled machine - From check in at the desk to eye measurements to the doctor seeing me to the contact lens specialist and the eyeglass specialists to check out and payment, everything is so smooth! We have been coming here for years - I even brought my dad who had dementia. They were sweet and patient with him too and Dr Shrum was a complete gem and so good at getting dad to hold still through TWO cataract surgeries! Thank you everyone at Berkeley!!!
The staff at Berkeley Eye Center continues to go out of their way to make me feel comfortable with every part of the examination, from the receptionist to the eye technician and to Dr. Hilton and Alexa, they all work to achieve a professionalism that keeps me coming back to Berkeley eye center over and over again.
