“John was able to make it out here within 1 business day. He called 30 minutes in advance to confirm the appt. and showed exactly on time. He worked for a full hour on the issue without stopping and fixed the problem, which I tried fixing myself numerous times. He showed up knowing exactly where to go to begin working. After an hour he and his son cleaned up and were gone. The price was very reasonable. He's a nice guy, friendly and professional. This guy is my new plumber now. 5 stars“
