Wright Tree Services was hired in my city to trim trees surrounding power lines in residential areas, which included my home. They came out on a Friday to try and remove some fallen limbs from our backyard, and to let us know that they would be back on Saturday between 8 and 9 AM to cut our tree limbs, and would require access to our backyard (we keep our gates padlocked). They showed up at our door at 7:30 AM to ask if we could open the gate, but told us that they’d primarily be working on our neighbors’ side of the fence. They came due to a sudden power outage , on our street, the guy who cut neighbors teee did great, when got to our side was a disaster, the guy cut trees uneven let the huge parts of trees land on our flower bushes that have kept alive over 2 years and smashed and knocked flowers off, landed on my kiddos play house ( very expensive to fix but thank go no damage) and knocked a huge stack of chairs over.and in yard when confronted guy ignored and got mad and just kept cutting and throwing huge chunks in yard. The manager came over and when explained over. Issue he was very apologetic (he's what made it 2 stars honestly cause I wouldn't have gave nothing.) He was shocked...read full review

They came to clear the overgrown alley right-of-way behind my house as a response to a power outage. As soon as they were able to provide clear access, the power company was able to get power restored. The tree cutters piled the trimmings, then a clean up crew came and removed all of it. Even cleared the leaves off my grass. Thanks for a good job.
