Just purchased my fourth Kia, 3 from Vanguard in Arlington. Both new and used departments were excellent in helping me to identify what was best for me in my search for a new vehicle. Used car manager Clinton and Arturo Flores worked a tremendous deal with me on my 2024 Telluride X pro. Finance manager Ahmad Karem provided the final touches to the deal and ensured no buyers remorse will be felt. Service after the sell is very important to me and Vanguard Service has never failed me. Keep up the good work.
Rodney King is disrespectful to customers and has terrible customer service, even while being filmed on CJ on 32's channel. Hate to deal with him if you needed to get a loan with them to get a car.
Tony and Marcus were the best pair to work with. The manager was really kind as well. My mom drives a hard bargain when negotiating and we got a great deal. Customer service is awesome, 10/10
