Rodney King is disrespectful to customers and has terrible customer service, even while being filmed on CJ on 32's channel. Hate to deal with him if you needed to get a loan with them to get a car.
Tony and Marcus were the best pair to work with. The manager was really kind as well. My mom drives a hard bargain when negotiating and we got a great deal. Customer service is awesome, 10/10
I want to preface my review and make it perfectly clear that my service manager, Anthony, and his team were excellent as always. I purchased my vehicle at Vanguard KIA and have been coming back here for its scheduled maintenance ever since. Today, though, everything was not as it should have been in the waiting area. First of all, there was a sign saying that the ladies' restroom was closed for cleaning. I'm not a female, but if I was, I would be ticked off. I used the men's facilities, washed my hands, and continued to the waiting area.
