IVE BEEN GOING TO THIS PLACE FOR YEARS .. OK ?? YEARS … SO I RECOMMENDED MY SISTER TO GO THERE BEFORE SHE WENT WE CALLED THEY SAID FULL SET WITH GEL WOULD BE $40 MY SISTER GETS THERE AND THEY DID NOT GIVE HER WHAT SHE ASKED FOR USED POWDER INSTEAD OF GEL THEN GONE TELL MY SISTER THE TOTAL IS $75 like what happened to $40 ??? THEY SAT THERE AND LIED ABOUT THE PRICE TALKING ABOUT LONG LENGHTH MY SISTERS NAILS ARE NOT LONG AT ALL .. DO NOT RECOMMEND IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM THEY LOST 2 CUSTOMERS TODAY

I just left there upset, the woman who helped me put tip on my nail but she didn't cover everything with glue, so the tip was separated and any particle was going to enter that space... She only said that if I put more glue In the end it was going to work, but at the time of filing she filed my natural nail (it should be noted that I am letting them grow) and you can see in the photo the mark of her nail on my fingerprint from how much she pressed to file... I told him to leave me like this because I was not happy with his work and he wanted to charge me the same as if he had done the complete job for me... Don't go there!!

This place does great work but I am so unhappy with my last visit. I told the tech on three different occasions that I wanted a gel mani and pedi for my 10 year old. I waited in the waiting area and once they were done they charged me for a service I did not authorize. They said my 10 daughter asked for the service which was untrue. We’ve been here multiple times and she can’t even tolerate a callous removal treatment. I talked to the lady and she got super loud and unprofessional with me saying it what my 10 yo asked for. No ma’am I was clear when I told you what I wanted. Not good business practice to finesse a kid. You’ve lost a customer over this. I teach...read full review
